Terms of Use

Plain-language terms: the tools are free to use, results are provided as-is, and we ask that you use the site fairly.

Last updated: 6 October 2026. By using Jivora (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site — nothing is hidden behind an account or a paywall.

1. What Jivora is

Jivora is a free, browser-based collection of utility tools (calculators, formatters, generators, counters and similar). The Site is provided without charge and without an account of any kind.

2. Permitted use

You're welcome to use every tool for personal, educational or commercial purposes — calculate invoices, compress assets for a client, generate QR codes for print, whatever you need. In return, you agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Site beyond normal browsing;
  • republish the Site's content wholesale while presenting it as your own;
  • use automated scraping in a way that degrades the Site for others.

3. Your inputs stay yours

You retain all rights to anything you type, paste or upload into a tool. As described in the Privacy Policy, those inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by Jivora.

4. No warranty — results are “as is”

The tools are provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability and fitness for a purpose. While the tools are tested and written carefully:

  • financial results (EMI, GST, CGPA conversions, and similar) are estimates for guidance only and are not financial, academic or tax advice;
  • age, percentage and other calculations depend on the inputs you provide — garbage in, garbage out;
  • password strength ratings are estimates based on entropy, not guarantees against compromise.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jivora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — or any loss of data or profits — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

6. Availability

The Site may change, break or be taken offline at any time. Tools marked “Coming soon” are roadmap items, not released products, and pages may be added, renamed or removed as the Site evolves.

7. External links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under Jivora's control, and visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding and original code are owned by Jivora. The tools' open, client-side nature means the results you generate — QR codes, compressed images, formatted JSON, generated passwords — are yours to use freely, with no claim from us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
